To fully experience the benefits of City Rewards, download the City Rewards app. You can easily use City Rewards on your smartphone by following the simple in-app instructions.

In this latest version of the app, you'll find several notable enhancements:

1. City Points now serve as your Primary Balance.
2. A revamped way of viewing all participating Merchants and available Rewards.
3. Mobile Telco Topups are now supported.
4. A separate section for City Gift, displaying your City Cash MMK Balance.
5. Introducing one-time use and expiry vouchers.
6. Shop online at City Mall with improved browsing capabilities.
7. New and improved UX design and functionality.
8. Bug fixes and general enhancements.

To earn points, enjoy exclusive promotions, or benefit from member discounts, simply present your physical City Rewards card or the City Rewards app at participating stores when making a purchase.

Accumulated points can be used as cash equivalent towards future purchases. It's important to note that points will expire after one year at the end of the equivalent month in which they were earned.

If you forget to bring your card or phone, you can still earn points and enjoy member promotions and discounts by providing your mobile phone number, NRC number (for Myanmar citizens), or Passport number (for other nationals). However, please be aware that points cannot be redeemed without presenting your physical card or app to protect your interests.
